The Gamay de Jongieux wine.
 A
variety of vine giving black grapes with a white juice,

Pavillon Lagrange
1998 - Margaux. The wine comes from
a fourth Classified Growth of Margaux.
The blending is essentially composed
with young vines which are destined
in a few years to produce the "grand
vin". It is with a lot of respect that
the grapes are hand picked and vinified
with quality in Mind. The partial barrel
maturing endorses the remarkable finesse
and a powerful nose of red fruits. In
the mouth you will appreciate its well-balanced
suppleness by a nice structure of smooth
tanins. All the production is bottled
at the estate in the same conditions
as the "grand vin".
- Château Pavie 1994 - Saint Emilion (1er Grand
Cru Classé B).
The Pavia slopes were the first to be planted in the
region. The diversity of the soil produces a full-bodied,
rich, dark wine.

Latour 1993 - Pauillac (1er Grand Cru classé
en 1855 et 1973). This vineyard, created in 1680,
is one of the oldest Medoc vineyards. Its prestige
and celebrity are for the quality of its wines due
to its exceptional geologic and geographic position
at the top of the Graves dominating the Gironde. In
1964, Latour was one of the first vineyards to get
the materials for vinification. The production of
this vintage is made in full respect of the traditional
processes : the happy marriage of progress and secular
tradition allows it to achieve the highest quality.
- Château Pétrus - Pomerol. Certainly the most
prestigious wine of France. A miraculous conjunction
of an exclusively clayish ground and a good exhibition.
The method of vintage is equally rare : concentrate
on three or four afternoon to avoid dews of the morning
!
- Château Margaux (1er grand cru classé).
Again a very prestigious property in France and in
the world. From 1978, vintage that exited the rank,
this wine has known almost no weakness : difficult
therefore to deceive !
- Château Pichon - Longueville Comtesse de Lalande
1992 - Pauillac (2ème Grand Cru classé
en 1855). This prestigious wine-producing domain
was created in the 17th century. Because of consistently
high quality, elegance and complexity, the wines from
this château have gained worldwide esteem.
- Château Graveyron 1998 - Moulis Cru Bourgeois.
Pavillon des Templiers is the second wine from the
Château Biston Brillette cru Bourgeois. This is a
traditional Moulis wine, raised in oak barrels. It
has a lovely texture, evident tannins and good strength.
It will please admirers of aromatic and robust Medoc
wines. A great local vintage for the town. It was
in the land of Graves, the area closest to Bordeaux,
where this wine-producing domain was established in
1525. During the 16th, centuries, the descendants
of the domain patiently sought the technologies to
produce a new type of wine, which was at the origin
of the great wines of Bordeaux.

- Château Haut Brion 1995 (1er Grand Cru classé
en 1855). A great Vintage in the city. It is in
soil of Serious, the closest to Claret, that was constituted
from 1525 this wine's. In the course of 17th et 18th
centuries, descendants of the area, thanks to a patient
researches technological succeeded to produce a new
type of wine that was originally the great wines from
Bordeaux.
- Château Croix de Thomas - Saint Georges Saint
Emilion. This château produces every year a wine
with a nice ruby color, a delicate bouquet, a velvety
softness and vivid character. Thanks to its warm and
savory taste, well balanced, this wine presents a
long and pleasant finish.
